Welcome
Greetings,
It is my privilege to welcome you to this new and exciting offering, the Diversity First Fellow Program.
Over the past decade, there continues to be an increased focus on diversity, equity and inclusion across all types of organizations from large to small … for-profit, non-profit, governmental and education bodies. And with this increased focus on DEI comes a growing need for knowledgeable and impactful DEI leaders.
This innovative Diversity First Fellow Program is unique in the DEI space since it combines a robust curriculum combined with small group coaching spread over a 6-month period. The program is limited to 20 participants and provides an opportunity for building a cohort of fellow DEI practitioners. This combination of educational materials from leading experience DEI consultants, small group coaching and time to absorb learnings between sessions will result in your becoming an impactful DEI leader who can deliver real value to your organization.
I hope you will explore the rest of the information on this website and join me in this novel and exciting DEI journey.
Sincerely,
Dennis Kennedy
