Introduction

With the increasing focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) across for-profit, non-profit and governmental entities, there is a huge demand for skilled and impactful DEI leaders. These include roles such as CDOs (Chief Diversity Officers), Senior DEI managers, DEI directors, etc.
The 6-month Diversity First Fellow Program will bring together a cohort of 20 committed professionals for key learnings and coaching to grow into skilled successful DEI leaders. Cohorts will meet virtually, monthly for two hours over the 6-month period for skill building workshops with industry DEI leaders and small group coaching and mentoring sessions.
