Purpose

Fellows will:

• Understand the key professional and personal skills needed to be impactful DEI leaders
• Learn how to build DEI strategies that align to overall organizational strategy and mission
• Understand how to move from developing DEI strategies to implementation, and defining and measuring success
• Learn how to gain buy-in and how to engage the whole organization in DEI work
• Gain a network of DEI peers who can be valuable connections into the future
